Our founder.
The Purpose Led Co was founded in August 2025 by Laura Butlin. It started with a simple idea: that the people doing the most meaningful work are often the ones carrying the heaviest load.
After years of supporting charities, public sector teams, and purpose-led organisations, Laura saw how many brilliant people were trying to navigate growing demands with limited time, capacity, and support. What was needed wasn’t another traditional consultancy, it was trusted and experienced people who could listen, understand the bigger picture, and get stuck in to help.
That’s why The Purpose Led Co exists today: a collective of experienced, purpose-led people who care deeply about helping organisations create impact, communicate clearly, and feel supported behind the scenes.
The work is collaborative, practical, and human – and always built around relationships, trust, and making things easier for the people doing important work.
